Trauma & PTSD Treatment in Agoura Hills — Life After Trauma
More support than weekly therapy. Most insurance accepted.Imagine feeling safe again Picture sleeping through the night without the nightmares. Feeling present in yourown body instead of on edge. A memory that no longer hijacks your day.

Trauma can keep your nervous system stuck on high alert long after the event — and it can heal. When trauma won’t let goFlashbacks, hyper vigilance, numbness, avoidance, trouble sleeping — trauma and PTSD live in the body as much as the mind. That’s why talk alone sometimes isn’t enough, and why a whole-person approach helps. When weekly therapy isn’t enough If trauma symptoms are disrupting your sleep, relationships, or daily functioning, or if weekly sessions aren’t keeping pace, more consistent, structured support can help you move forward safely. A higher level of care doesn’t mean inpatient — it means steady help while you stay in your life.
