Our group classes, including sound baths, breathwork, meditation, movement, and more, are open to everyone, no membership required. Members enjoy classes included with their membership each month and save 50% on any additional class. Classes are offered on select days each week and kept intentionally small, so to reserve your place, just give us a call and we’ll find the right time for you.

No, our classes are open to everyone. Members enjoy classes as part of their membership and save on any additional ones, but anyone is welcome to join us.

Restorative, nervous-system-focused classes like sound baths, breathwork, meditation, and movement. They’re a gentle way to slow down, reset, and feel more grounded.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Our classes are welcoming for every level, whether it’s your first sound bath or part of a regular practice. Come as you are.
