OCD Treatment

OCD Treatment in Agoura Hills — Freedom From the Cycle More support than weekly therapy. Most insurance accepted.Imagine getting your day backPicture not being ruled by intrusive thoughts. Not having to check, count, repeat, or seek reassurance to feel okay. Getting back the hours — and the peaceof mind — that the cycle has been taking from you. OCD can be exhausting and isolating, and it responds well to the right treatment. More than being “tidy” or “particular” OCD isn’t a personality quirk. It’s a pattern of intrusive thoughts (obsessions)and the rituals or mental acts done to relieve them (compulsions) — and it canquietly take over hours of your day. Effective treatment interrupts that loop.
When weekly therapy isn’t enoughIf OCD is consuming your time, straining your relationships, or holding steady despite weekly sessions, more intensive, structured support can help you get traction. A higher level of care doesn’t mean inpatient — it means consistent help while you stay in your life. What our program is A structured Intensive Outpatient Program that meets three days a week, three hours a day (nine hours weekly, in person at our Agoura Hills center), combining group sessions, individual therapy, and skills training focused on breaking the obsession–compulsion cycle and building lasting tools.
